Mise en Place began as a catering company in 1986 and has worked over the years to define full service catering and turn it into an art form. Today, we provide these years of experience and a love for our craft as we practice this art form in the location of your choice. We can also assist with finding the location of your dreams-as we have been everywhere and have developed splendid relationships.

Mise en Place Catering,  is truly custom. We create an event that reflects your (or your company’s) personality, your goals and your budget while delighting your guests. Chef Blitz and team create each menu with the catering team to ensure that we make the best use of all the variables-Chef’s imagination, the season’s finest ingredients, our knowledge of your needs and your own desires. We will handle and anticipate every detail related to your function and make sure that it goes off not only without a hitch, but also without any effort on your part. It is our job and our pleasure to coordinate every aspect- from layout to lighting to flowers to schedule to plates and napkins and the guest’s good time.
