Food for your event

Our cuisine can be served seated or buffet-style for day or evening functions. Chef developed a menu format allowing you seasonal selections at different price ranges. The general categories are listed below along with descriptions to accommodate most any event request!

Special Guest Selection. Your guest selects what they’d like to dine on at the event.  A classic guest selection offers a choice of 2-3 options per course with hot and cold first courses, several entree proteins and preparations plus choice of desserts.  You can customize this to include any number of courses and preferences. You can also add an array of hors d’ oeuvres to this menu allowing your guests to enjoy a selection of Chef’s appetizers during a cocktail hour.

Get Blitzed Tasting Menu. This allows your guests a tremendous opportunity to experience Mise en Place cuisine. They’ll enjoy 4-6 courses, designed as smaller tastings to showcase Chef’s favorites for the week. You may also add the wine pairings designed to complement the fare by sommelier Katie Povey.

Duo Entree. We help you select an entree dish which combines two protein items such as meat and fish, etc. With this option you can also select an appetizer to start the meal along with a salad and dessert.

Classic Seated Dinner. This option is the most cost effective as it is a classic Mise en Place meal but served in higher quantities as specialized events. Please, only minor substitutions may be available on this meal as it is Chef’s design. Hors d’oeuvres may be added to this package.

Classic Buffet Dinner. As the above Seated Dinner but dishes selected to be served buffet-style. Minor adaptions may be possible but the main components are Chef’s design. Hors d’oeuvres may be added to this meal.

Hors d’oeuvre Parties. Chef designs seasonal hors d’oeuvres to accommodate both light and heavy dining experiences reception- style.  We will help you select the right customized menu items for your guests.

Passed Hors d’oeuvres. Sometimes the style or the budget means that butler passed appetizers is the answer… so we have designed a menu for that, too. All items are made in the Mise en Place kitchen.

Custom Menu. Chef loves to design a menu based on the season and your favorite cuisine. Please be ready to answer the Cuisine Questionnaire and to give Chef some time to let his creative juices flow and create a menu just for you. (Not the least expensive way to go… but WHAT A WAY TO GO!!!)
