Mise en Place began as a Catering and Gourmet Carryout operation in 1986 so we have always been about bringing food and drink to you in your setting. With ease and grace - we can cater in your home or office, a public building or empty lot. We do it all from planning, and designing to wine pairing, cocktail crafting, cooking and carrying. Separate but in the scene your guests will thoroughly enjoy the ultimate experience for lunch or dinner with the ideal dishes, cocktails, wine and lots of Mise en Place hospitality. From Tasting Menus to Simple Suppers….Three Course to Casual Family Style Lunches…Board Presentations to Family and Friend Celebrations the Glass Room is It. 

If privacy is key for any reason including presentations - we drop the Curtains and the Glass Room becomes a haven for your meeting, lunch or dinner. We make the audio video part easy and you can focus on the point of it all and your guests. 

It's All Yours - Restaurant Buyout

There are lots of times in life when the best decision is to go all in. When the festive occasion or business meeting requires more space for more guests or more impact - the Restaurant is all yours. The design offers a myriad of solutions for bringing your group together or giving them spaces to coalesce separately. Cuisine can be passed hors d'oeuvres that meet guests where they are, tables and live stations laden with flavor, or an intricate seated dinner. It all works.
