Mise en Place began as a Catering and Gourmet Carryout operation in 1986 so we have always been about bringing food and drink to you in your setting. With ease and grace - we can cater in your home or office, a public building or empty lot. We do it all from planning, and designing to wine pairing, cocktail crafting, cooking and carrying.
